Overview
Dance hovers at the JOY Center of the body. Dance transcends time, space, and reality. You are allowed to express yourself when words fail to articulate how you feel. It touches a place deep in your heart that only you and God knows. It becomes like a prayer, diary entry, or love letter. Your body becomes the pen and the music becomes the paper. Dance has the ability to touch multi-dimensional aspects of your wellbeing. Thriving in the social, environmental, and physical aspects of your wellness.

Path Studios is a safe haven where dancers can be their authentic selves, and express their emotions and imagination without judgment. The dance studio is a place where problems are left at the door. Class Times Offered: Monday-Saturday
Location: TBD. Our Dance Program is offered at PATH STUDIOS and various locations in DFW Metroplex
Week 1: Dance Essentials: Preflight. Let's get started. This class will help prepare you with all the necessities to begin your journey. Breath, Stretch, and Move. *Dancer’s Survival Kit
Week 2: Dance Exploration: Who am I? Creativity, Character, and Choreography. Time to create your persona.
Week 3: Definition: Style, Elevation, Practice. You have the structure, now it's time to take it up a notch. Bring the energy. Define You. *Journey Reflection, self-haiku.
Week 4: Bloomday: The Big Debut. It's your time to step out in new confidence. Bring it all together, bloom and shine.
